- information on weather and on operation of ski-lifts
- possibilities for guided trips
- orders for massages and wellness centre
- procuring of transport of people as well as luggage
- sale of souvenirs and supplementing assortment

- parking during the summer directly by the hotel for free /the number of stands is limited/. A permit for entering the National park Krkonoše is needed. You can get it at the Bureau of KRNAP in Pec pod Sněžkou for 20 CZK.

- during the winter you can park near Květa hotel in Pec pod Sněžkou located under the ski-lift Javor, 100 CZK / car/ day.
